Thailand TESOL Proceedings 2026
Preparation of Manuscripts
THAITESOL Conference Proceedings 2026 accepts academic articles, research papers and review articles of studies presented at the 45th Thailand TESOL International Conference between 23 and 24 January 2026. Please include 1) a cover letter comprising the author’s affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and 2) a blinded manuscript without author names and affiliations. The manuscript must adhere to the following guidelines:
| Language and font: |
Manuscripts must be in English. Use Times New Roman 11 point and 1.5 line spacing. Set all margins to 2.5 cm. Use the APA 7 referencing system. |
| Length: |
3,000 and 5,000 words (excluding references) |
| Title: |
The title should be concise and informative. |
| Authors: |
Provide the full names, complete addresses, contact information of all authors in the cover letter. |
| Abstract: |
The abstract should not exceed 250 words, clearly summarizing the important findings of the paper. It should contain hard facts such as objectives, methods and major results. |
| Keywords: |
Provide 3-5 keywords which help direct readers through the article. |
Standard English: |
Before submitting articles for consideration, authors are solely responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts have been thoroughly proofread and edited to achieve the appropriate standard of professional English. Thailand TESOL should not be expected to improve the quality of the writer’s English. Manuscripts that do not meet this requirement will be rejected or returned to the authors for revision before the peer review process is undertaken. |
| Manuscript submission and deadline: |
From March 1 to April 30, 2026, submit your 1.) cover letter and 2.) blinded manuscript to https://tesol.conferences.in.th by logging into your Thai TESOL account and clicking on proceedings icon. We will use the submission system throughout the process. We expect to publish the proceedings on Thailand TESOL website by September 2025. |

REVIEW POLICY
Manuscripts will be firstly screened by the editorial team. If a manuscript is of insufficient quality, it may be rejected at this stage. However, if approved, it will be passed on to two more anonymous reviewers according to their expertise. The double-blind review process will be used.
