Educators and teachers have many tasks to work on simultaneously in order to promote EFL learners’ sustainable language skills. Speaking is a significant skill to be applied in ELT classrooms by using effective strategies to achieve high outcome of students' speaking capacity. However, the constantly concerning  issues for teachers are the lack of creativity in designing the tasks for learners to utilize speaking skill, how to evaluate and provide corrections and feedbacks to learners, and the lack of learners' classroom participation in speaking. For instance, teachers may have overlooked the key points to initiate and facilitate the speaking activities as well as the techniques to stimulate learners' confidence and interaction in ELT classrooms. Therefore, this session is operated as a potential gathering for teachers, educators, and professionals from varied institutions and countries to overcome the noticeable challenges of implementing speaking activities through discussions, sharing experiences with fellow colleagues, and cascading knowledge session. Teachers of teens and adults as well as high school and university teachers will be able to reinforce their teaching strategies regarding speaking skill. With the facilitated reflection, they will be able to obtain deeper comprehension and boost the ability in applying speaking activities in the real classrooms.
