THE CAMBRIDGE TEACHING KNOWLEDGE TEST (TKT) QUALIFICATION FOR THAI TEACHERS - THE BENEFITS FOR YOU : ELT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Many Thai teachers of English are choosing to upgrade their teaching skills with an internationally recognised professional qualification such as the TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) from Cambridge Assessment, part of Cambridge University in the UK. This workshop will help teachers understand the content of the exam and why it can be useful. It will focus on key aspects of communicative language teaching and give examples of engaging student-centred activities that teachers can immediately go away and try with their students.

I am the Managing Director of International House Bangkok. We offer language courses and also teacher training, especially through the Cambridge CELTA qualification. We also train teachers for TKT, how to teach Young Learners and how to use CLILL.

Head of Teacher Training at International House Bangkok, an experienced trainer for the Cambridge CELTA qualification but also skilled in training for Young Learner teachers, CLILL and the Cambridge TKT exam.
