Participants in Thailand can pay with a credit card. For overseas participants, please pay via your credit card or transfer funds to Associate Thailand TESOL in U.S. Dollars only. Participants are solely responsible for all processing and handling fees. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be asked to provide your card number and expiration date.

For speakers

  • 1. To be eligible for the early-bird rate, the registration fee must be paid before 15 November 2026 at 23.59 hrs. (GMT+7).
    2. Registration and payment made between 16 November - 15 December 2026 at 23.59 hrs.  (GMT+7) are subject to the regular rate.
    3. Speakers of parallel sessions and workshops are required to make payment by 15 December 2025 to secure the presentation slot.
    4. Thailand TESOL holds no responsibility for additional incurred charges, such as transfer fees, processing fees, etc.
    5. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    6. The registration fee includes a two-day pass to the conference sessions, a conference bag, lunches and refreshments, electronic conference materials, and electronic certificates.
